1. Whats the return policy?
No refunds exchange only. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to exchange the item you want to exchange. Item must be in new conditions with original tags to exchange the item. Customer is responsible for the shipping fees to return the item back. We will pay for the return shipping only if it was our mistake example, if we send the wrong item or wrong size. No refunds and no exchange on Holiday items, custom items or Party Dresses. We can only do size exchange on Holidays items and Dresses.
2. How long is shipping?
Orders will deliver in 7-10 business days. Weekends and holidays are excluded from this time. Please order with time based on our shipping times.
